Welcome to The Current Year! We're a brick and mortar indie record store (est 2020) in wonderful suburban Parma, Ohio, located next to Rudy's Strudel, a historic bakery.
The highlight of our channel are the popular flip videos, containing our celebrated and unique descriptions as well as facts about our most noteworthy new arrivals, both new releases and old. Our channel also contains a growing library of rescued recordings -- digitized copies of important, obscure, or one of a kind releases that deserve a wider audience, and original radio airchecks from Cleveland as well as other points remote, which are localized moments in history.
