Subliminal Surgery is a Meditation channel, that aims to help you subconsciously change aspects that block you from success, or provide you clarity from self sabotage. We help with mental & emotional blockages, reaching inner peace, ease stress, insomnia, and depression. We aim to teach self mastery and provide mental clarity and decrease intrusive thoughts.
My channel is for anyone plagued with anxiety, depression, mental illness, emotional trauma and physical trauma. As well as for anyone who is indecisive, lacking discernment and self trust. My channel is here to help you heal as a whole, to encourage self-love and self-care. We aim to help you fill in any spots that you’ve left empty, with love, harmony, serenity and peace.
