Shon is the Executive Director of nationally recognized, and award-winning organization called InvolvedDad. InvolvedDad is located in Flint, MI and was established in 2015 with the goal of restoring families through fatherhood engagement. He is also the author of "From Average 2 Elite" and “Man 2 Man,” and newly released book “Broken Boys Become Broken Men”.
