Patrick Simard
Patrick Simard is a Canadian multi-instrumentalist, producer & songwriter who creates music inspired by and devoted to the path of cultivating vibrant inner peace, through the medium of sound, music, and storytelling.
After formally studying music at Berklee College of Music on a full scholarship, as well working/recording/touring with artists such as Bootsy Collins, A.R. Rahman, Alejandro Sanz, Danilo Perez, John Patitucci, Esperanza Spalding, Julian Lage, Peia, Dustin Thomas, Women of the World, Hazmat Modine, etc. Patrick traveled across the globe to study the indigenous, folkloric, and spiritual roots of several cultures including Senegal, Benin, Cuba, India, and North America.
Patrick infuses this cross-cultural background of connection and reverence to the earth into his music, to inspire and lift the spirit of all relations, with the utmost respect for all of life.
