what is tabata and why you must try it?
tabata is a particular training at very high intensity 
discovered by dr: IZUMI TABATA and his team by the national institute of fitness and sports of tokyo in 1996 it is based on 36 rounds non stop each round consists in 10 seconds rest and 20 seconds training for total of 30 mints you choose one single exercise for the whole training and do as hard as you can during the training time than you may rest and repeat 
it was proved by several studies that doing tabata 6 times a week is much better than running 10 times a week (10*1 hour)
how much better?
considering a period of 6 weeks tabata improves by the 14% the aerobic capacity and by the 28% the anaerobic capacity compared with only the 10% improve of the aerobic capacity given by running
