My name is Heather. I am a mother of two beautiful girls and married to my best friend. I previously worked for Corporate America and found myself giving my all, but not reaping the benefits at home. Thats when I said enough was enough! I realized the importance of every minute of every day and now I now have time freedom, balance and more positivity.

My hope is that I can assist other mothers find this path and stop getting in their own way. I wish to empower mothers to take time for themselves so they can be the best for others in their life, and do it in the healthiest possible way.
