My name is Han, and I am the creator of Smaugish. I am a UK vlogger and blogger in their thirties who is studying for a PhD in English Literature, focusing on ghost stories of the 19th and 20th Century.
I hope to be able to bring you snippets of my life as I research and study for my PhD, as I know lots of the PhD/postgrad content on YouTube is very much either STEM or USA based! This channel will also give honest advice and share the triumphs and struggles of doing a PhD in the UK without funding.
