I'm looking to tell your story about your property experiences to date, where you've already started your property journey and own one or more properties, either buy to let or commercial.

I'm thinking of creating a where you can join (email) and send me your deals (via email) that I will analyse for you and publish on my YouTube channel (you agree first) minus the full address and any other details you want to keep confidential.

A few people wanted some video's on USA investing, so I made a 4 part series. Kind of not doing so well!!! Back home here in the UK, things are looking pretty grim for the mortgage market! I've been talking to a lot of brokers recently and rates are all over the place and commercial mortgages are extremely high too! So is now a good time to invest in property...
...When things get scary, its also one of the biggest opportunities for those who have cash waiting on the sidelines. I personally think 2023 is going to be a BIG OPPORTUNITY year for property investors who take their time and do the right due diligence before they buy.
Making money in a rising market is easy for anyone. Making money when its not is where the skills you have as a properyt investor need to pay off.
