I am Johann Franks. I have been a chef for just around 14 years, and I am obsessed with food and cooking,
I started my culinary journey at the famous French cooking school Le Corden bleu
I am a very curious chef and I love learning and sometimes reinventing my cuisine
As a Chef, I have worked in a lot of countries, and in turn, I have learned a lot of cuisines modern and traditional ( Japanese/Thai/Korean/Italian/Chinese and of course French to name a few)
During this pandemic, I had no way to share my food with others until I decided it time to get on the tube
