Being a British born Russian artist, I have been delighted with the art of drawing for as long as I can remember. My initial love of drawing was instilled by my mother, Irina Ratushinskaya and further inspired by illustrations in books and masterpieces by other artists. I see the beauty in the pure unconstrained nature of people, which is evident when they are not trying to look their best, but just being themselves. I have made it my mission to reflect this beauty of people’s nature and perpetuate it in my works.
