Subsonic Music is an Australian Sydney-based record label and Music Festival founded and run by local Sydney DJ and promoter, MSG (Scott).
Originally a club brand evolving from the ideal of inspiring likeminded people through quality electronic music, the Subsonic Music label was created in 2007 on the back of a decade of promoting events and touring artists.
With influences spanning techno, electro, minimal, progressive and psychedelic sounds, the Subsonic Music label is a forum dedicated to showcasing fresh and innovative ideas within electronic production that is not constricted by any specific formula in terms of musical genre. If the music is of a high standard, we will release it. We look for music that inspires us, music we want to play and hear on a dance floor and, above all, music we want to share with people in a club, festival and party environment.
