Himanshu Nanda
Shri Himanshu Nanda is one of the senior most disciples of legendary Bansuri maestro Pandit Hariprasad Chaurasia and is the founder-director of The Mystic Bamboo Academy, Pune, India. He is also the co-founder of Chinmaya Swaranjali, - the music wing of Chinmaya Mission world wide.
He is a Sangeet Visharad, holds a Master’s Degree in Music, has double degrees in Biology and Education, and a Diploma in Computer Science. He has won prestigious awards like “Best Musician”, “Talent of the Year”, “Yuva Pratibha Samman” and the “Sur Mani” title conferred by Mumbai’s Sur Singar Samsad.
In 2019 he has launched the most detailed Online Bansuri Learning Portal (www.themysticbamboo.com) to help the community to learn Bansuri Online. Thousands of students across the globe are already learning Bansuri through this portal.
