Too many people talk about this stuff, prison life and war stories to tell everyone how cool they are and to boost their own self serving reputation, and that's not helping anyone!
My goal is to plant seeds of healing from Complex Trauma, Codependency, Injury, Addiction, to people that usually wouldnt seek help and hopefully those seeds will grow
My other interests are travelling the world doing Martial Arts and weightloss.
