The title music in the uk by Jacky was specially recorded at De lane Leigh studios in 1968.The stereo version has been released but it's the pitched up Mono Dub that was used for the intro by Lous Elman
Points of interest it was Louie Elman who directed the UK version of this series which took him 12 months to complete and a rather hefty bill for the BBC children's dept. The new version of The White Horses will use English sub-titles and include the original UK theme tune as sung by Jacky aka Jackie lee. Vladamir Carin wrote the TV scripts and produced 3 books.
