For me there is no doubt that the food we eat affects our health, and state of mind. On top of that even healthy, natural foods can cause problems due to in-digestion, how they've been grown and processed, and/or our own emotional state.
Devoting myself for over 2 decades now to the interaction between the body-mind and its affect on our health, it gives me much pleasure educating others how to shop, cook and eat in season, without using red or white meat, or highly refined foods practically devoid of nutrients. Yes, it is possible to have a great tasting diet that you can digest, while being good for you - and the planet.
