Matt Storm
Matt Storm makes slow music that fuses vintage soul and jazz with modern alternative sounds. A songwriter since 13, his writing touches on introspection and hard truths. The multi-genre, multi instrumentalist is also a third culture kid, born in the U.S. and raised over seas before settling in Western Canada. His self-taught style reflects his non-traditional upbringing. Matt has been performing and touring extensively since 2014, as well as working behind the scenes with JUNO nominated artists. He is currently working on his third official project “SPILT”. The short EP is an experimental fusion of sounds and art that’s influenced Matt over years.
