The Pulse Percussion Ensemble was founded in the fall of 2004 under the umbrella of Impulse Youth Arts Association. In 2009, Pulse became independently run as Pulse Percussion, Inc. Pulse Percussion Ensembles have been run by a dedicated group of directors including Caleb Rothe, Peter Lucero, Danielle Collins, Joe Enriquez and Richie Sebastian.
