Sharing my own recordings (of old records in my collection): also via Twitter; & Internet Archive.

1) On performances of selected* standards (+flipsides) from records collected (especially if electronically unavailable) for study;

2) On generally pre-1950s media (to be well within the 50yrs and UK's later 70yrs copyright for original sound recordings);

The © copyright of the actual scores (words/music) remains largely still in copyright because of being protected under different rules lasting much longer.

My efforts are presently intended to be ‘ads-free’. If ads occur then You Tube advertising partners have decided to monitise from these uploads. However, links to other commercial examples of the recorded performances are welcome in giving a comparison.

[*These credited the composers’/publishers’ scores and are compiled from the EMI songbook, ‘The Thirties', +4. I study them for singing with concertina (note-for-note, on the Wheatstone Aeola T-T model.)]
