GST and Other Laws - Discussion and Analysis

Goods and Services Tax (GST) is a new tax in India, implemented from 01.07.2017. GST Council has been quick to take remedial decisions to alleviate difficulties faced in implementation of GST, resulting in many changes in the CGST Act, 2017 and CGST Rules, 2017, issuance of various Notifications, Orders and Circulars.

An attempt is being made here to discuss and analyse various changes made in the GST Act and Rules and various judgements, decisions and rulings given on various aspects of GST, for easy understanding.

Besides, the important changes in Customs, Central Excise and Income Tax, important issues related to Constitution of India as also various aspects of contemporary legal issues of Criminal Laws (IPC, NDPS Act etc.) are also being discussed and analysed.
