PadovAntiqua is an ancient music festival that has been held since 2015 (year of the first edition) in Padua, again in May and traditionally divided into four Sunday appointments. The project stems from the initiative of a group of students from the University of Padua in collaboration with the Concentus Musicus Patavinus Chamber Choir and the El Melopeo Instrumental Ensemble; the festival also makes use of the organizational support of PadovAntiqua Cultural Association.
The non-profit association has as its purpose the dissemination, education, professional, social and artistic development in particular in the field of music and
organizes and promotes cultural events using the collaboration of artists already active on the national and international scene.
