My YouTube channel has videos about My Testimony of how Jesus Christ saved me. The Lord saved me from a demonic attack brought on by new age type (mindless and guided) meditation, yoga, kriyas, and becoming psychic. Please research the religious connection between where yoga and buddhism/hinduism meditation originates. Also, a lot of "spirituality" that I had previously been learning about was New Age occult teachings. Spiritual warfare is real. I opened myself up to the spiritual part of life so much that I was hearing the attacks of evil spirits, hearing demonic sounds.
