Mois Rammy, born Moises Ramirez in the Dominican Republic, is a dynamic artist whose journey from military service to music is as inspiring as it is unique. Growing up in Puerto Rico, Mois Rammy joined the Army Reserve in 1990, transitioning to the Regular Army in 1993. His military career, marked by dedication and resilience, included several prestigious military schools—such as Airborne, Infantry Officers Basic Course, Ranger, and Antiterrorism Advance Course—as well as combat tours in Afghanistan and Iraq. He also served overseas in Japan, Korea, and Colombia, culminating in his retirement from active duty in 2016.
Mois Rammy aims to spread joy and hope through his music while helping him battle his Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). His musical style is a fusion enriched with vibrant Latin rhythms and contemporary elements of America pop music genres.
