Jakve Asong (NGO), is Tourism based NGO, It was established in 28TH April 2007 with the sole aim and objective of “Promoting Tourism as an Industry” . We aimed to exploit the rich natural and cultural heritage for promotion of tourism of the district as well as create avenues for generating revenue and employment for the local youths and the district as well. Our NGO has unceasingly strived and achieved success in various grounds since its inception and dedicated to continue our voyage in this sanctified direction. With the spirit of never dying love for adventure and discoveries, the Jakve Asong NGO has been conducting Karbi Anglong city expo, Miss Tourism , Miss KYF and Exploration-cum-Study Tour Programme with regards to the identification and methodical study of the new tourism potential destination/site in Karbi Anglong.
