PlanB Australia
PlanB (note there is no space between the “Plan” and the “B”) formed in the early eighties in Adelaide South Australia where it shared the stage with the huge bands of the day including The Eurogliders, Goanna, Pseudo Echo, Mondo Rock, The Models, John Paul Young & The Allniters. The band reformed in 2009 as the direct result of some of the members finding each other on Facebook. Since then PlanB has gone from strength to strength, touring Cambodia, Vietnam, China & Thailand in successive years and releasing it’s debut album “Too Late The Hero” in late 2013. Performing internationally is subtly changing this grassroots Australian band. While still full of bold brass and richly textured lyrical content the material increasingly reflects the cultural impact of the asian experience on the band, this is illustrated clearly in the band’s music videos the majority of which have been shot in exotic asian locations.
