The inspiration for New Farm Confectionery came from the founder and owner, Jodie Neilson's travels throughout Europe. In Europe, confectionery is treated with reverence, in fact all food is treated with reverence.
New Farm Confectionery was born 8 years ago from Jodie's home kitchen making a handful of products and then selling at local markets. Over the past 8 years it has evolved and we now have our flagship store at Newstead, a beautiful store at the Brisbane Domestic Airport, 25 staff members, and a long list of stockists located all around Australia.
On a daily basis, we are hard at work behind the scenes of our flagship store producing hoards of honeycomb, endless slabs of chocolate bark, never-ending batches of nougat, mountains of marshmallow and many, many other indulgent products.
