Welcome to Cooking with Rosetta, my YouTube channel! I plan to share the culinary secrets of Southern Italy. I started teaching cooking classes in 2004 to share the foods of Calabria where I grew up. That led me to write my first cookbook, My Calabria, published in 2010. My second cookbook “Desserts from Southern Italy” was published in 2013.
