Bloom is a holistic approach to the miraculous and perplexing issues of human existence. It is a naturalistic philosophy that draws from many world traditions such as Buddhism, Indian Yogic Science, Christianity, Scientific Inquiry, Mythology, Psychology, and others. The core practice is mindfulness. When we continue in mindfulness throughout our entire experience moment by moment, a natural unfolding occurs. We then see into our situation and slowly begin to realize our true nature.


Through mindfulness meditation we simply observe, without attachment, all that is going on. After some time the mind becomes quiet and we can see deep within to the well of peace that is our original nature. This process is entirely natural, we need only take the time to begin, and then to continue with determination and compassion for ourselves and for the suffering of others.
