Dr.. Mazen Awni Al-Sakka was born in Kuwait in 1964, completed his basic education in 1981 and then moved to the Republic of Romania to complete his university studies at the Faculty of Pharmacy - Iasi, where he graduated after receiving a doctorate in medical drugs in April 1990, he was appointed as a teaching assistant in the same faculty Pharmacy - Iaşi - Romania, as the first foreign teaching assistant to obtain this rank until the end of 1994.
