We don't want you to struggle as much as we did building our businesses and lives. What we would have given to have had great mentors and people speaking truth to us along the way! Jason likes to have fun and is known for his generous spirit and caring nature. Linda is more formal but exudes hospitality and genuineness. We have always lived by the motto, “do the right thing, even when no one is looking.” Jason’s strengths are all around people and building lifelong relationships. He is a connector. Jason started climbing the real estate ladder in 1998 and quickly accelerated from individual agent to mega-team CEO. Linda started her career as a Financial Analyst in Corporate America. She quickly learned how the game was played and what it took to stand out as a top performer. As Jason’s real estate business grew, not everyone around him did. One day Jason looked at Linda and said, “Why aren’t you my lender?” Linda’s superpowers include systems, processes, and organization.
