I am an electrical engineer and amateur musician having devoted my technical skills over much of my career to engineering products which are used for either making or listening to music. I studied classical guitar for several years with William Matthews after learning a couple of pieces on my own following several years of embracing fingerstyle acoustic folk, blue and ragtime.
My current project is the design and development of a palm-sized battery powered musical instrument amplifier whose novel acoustic enclosure allows it produce volume and full sound quality which is remarkable for its size.
