FREEWIFI came together back in 2016, in Minneapolis, MN. Daddy Dinero was born and raised in Minnesota, while J. PLAZA is from Georgia. After connecting through the internet, the collective’s first joint effort “Ego” became a local success for it’s catchy hook, Plaza’s melodic baritone flow and Daddy Dinero’s confident delivery of self praising, arrogant bars. Influenced by the likes of Kendrick Lamar, ASAP Mob, Etc.; and their own individual styles, FREEWIFI is a unique duo of eclectic talent, driven by intertwining life experiences.
