I am Coach Kay, your life, love and intimacy coach and owner of Love and Intimacy 101, LLC. I am a former single mother, serial cheater and college drop out that took life by the horns, created my own path and broke generational trends. That all began when I took back ownership of my life and owned my sexuality! Using my body as a weapon gave me a coward’s way of living life and it never provided me with any joy. I knew that was not the life that I wanted for my two young daughters and so what was I to do! I changed how I owned my sexuality and thus I changed my life.
My goal with my sexuality coaching practice is to empower, encourage and guide you on the path to owning your sexuality!
