Marutyri is an 8-piece band that shares a passion for the beauty and complexity of fusion music. Their live performances are known for the huge dynamics, story-telling solos, a lot of improvisation, and a big dose of funk and groove.
They’ve won a Radio 6 Soul & Jazz Award, played many times on national television, their debut album ”Inner Movements” was nominated for an Edison Award, and they played over 150 shows in the Europe, Asia and Canada.
