Mystic Pass (just west of Mt. McKinley, in Alaska) was where the most serious of my three airplane "incidents" took place back in 1989. Losing an engine in mountainous terrain, all four of us on board could have easily been killed. I was a fairly low-time pilot and I really didn't have the skill to bring the airplane down safely. I had Help. Every time I think of Mystic Pass I'm reminded that every day I have on earth is really an "extra day" the Lord has granted me. Check out the video of the engine failure and emergency landing ("Engine Failure Cessna 170B") on this channel.
