My mission is to create fitness videos with full instructional breakdowns to help explain and illustrate movements with possible alternatives to use if necessary in the beginning of a fitness journey.
The tutorials emphasize pacing, form & mind muscle connection with a heavy influence on resistance training.
The idea is that if you can perform these Home workouts with at least 50% of your max intensity while gaining full comprehension of instruction on how to remain safe & injury free; your consistency will help you reach your personal goals.
The purpose of these combinations are to help improve muscular endurance, build muscle, burn fat, as well tighten and tone the body, but most importantly help you focus and condition the mind.
When done properly in conjunction with proper nutrition these series are meant to help you understand resistance training, establish a foundation of movements which can be scaled & intensified as your abilities, strength & mindset both grow & develop.
