Hello everyone and welcome! My name is Chong. My fiancé, Jaimi and I are both Tulsa Ballet professional ballet dancers and we’ve been in this passionate career for 10 years.

I’m also a NCSF certified personal trainer and am pursuing a coaching certificate for Functional Training of Sports.

When I was younger, I didn’t know how (and didn’t want.....) to workout. I made a lot of rookie mistakes.

A few years ago, I had a serious injury from dancing and it took me a while to recover and get back on my feet. This made me realize that the best way to avoid getting hurt is preventing it! After 10 years of being a professional dancer and becoming a personal trainer, I’ve completely changed the way I look at working out. Most importantly, I’ve learned that everyone will benefit from functioning workout training, not just dancers.

So here I am! I want to share my knowledge, my workouts, and my life with you guys. Let’s get stronger, healthier and happier together!
