The respect for Kevin's songwriting has been demonstrated by the other artists who have recorded his songs, including Juno-nominated and CCMA nominated artist Kirsten Jones, folk-rock duo The Complements, Saskatoon band Longshot, and CCMA award winner Lisa Hewitt. Kevin's collaborations with the Paper Chain Gang have resulted in songs used in television episodes of "Better Call Saul" and "The Man in the High Castle." Produced by Jayhawks & alt-country legend Gary Louris, “There’s A Right Way (To Break My Heart)” co-written with Kirsten Jones and appearing on her “Mad Mile” CD, was featured in medium rotation on CBC Radio 2.
