Artist, songwriter and CEO of Salty Water Records, Pancho V (Born Richard Bustamante Jr), Raised on Galveston Island streets, But Coming out of Houston Tx , is 1 of the pioneers of Rap, in South Texas to come from a Latino. Raised in the streets of TX by sharks, gangstas, pimps & murders, Pancho V created & influenced a movement with his tough, real, & raw lyrics that the streets could relate to.
