ArtStars* is a web-TV show about the art world (we've been called "TMZ for the art scene"). Founded in 2009 by host/journalist Nadja Sayej, we have produced over 65 episodes interviewing art stars and their antics in Germany, Austria, Finland, Canada, Iceland and more.
Notable episodes include interviewing Peaches, chasing Gilbert & George to their hotel during Gallery Weekend Berlin, manifesting money with the ever-lovely performance duo Eva & Adele, busting the beer balls of Cyprien Gaillard, trying to get Thomas Hirschhorn to crack a smile, chatting over the phone with Robert Crumb, being kicked out of Spreuth Magers before speaking with John Baldessari, catching a commercial break-length interview with John Waters, talking secrets with Julian Schnabel and more.
