Bald Freak Music, that eclectic label that boasts Q*Ball and Bumblefoot (two admitted favorites of mine), also is home to Black Pig. Manically opening with perhaps a couple of tongues in cheek with a metal opus called "I Can't Take Life", Black Pig likes to snub their noses at the traditional angst of modern music. The music ranges well between lounge, metal, pop, and even something similar to rockabilly without sounding contrived. Looking for the cure to derivative rock? Look no further.
