I couldn't lose weight to save my life and for twenty years, I struggled with fad diets, whilst getting fatter and fatter.
It wasn't long before I began to flirt with a number of health challenges, including type 2 diabetes, digestive issues and inflammation in all of my joints.
Just as I was about to give up, I discovered Intermittent Fasting and Keto.
Long story short, in ten months, I lost 103 pounds of body weight and got rid of all of the insulin resistance and inflammation problems. Two years later, I'm more healthy than I've ever been, at the age of 53.
Luckily, I kept a journal of my keto journey and I have converted this into a book - which I hope will help other people. It has already helped a number of my friends and family members and is available for free on Amazon Prime. It is also available on Kindle and as a paperback.
