Hey! I'm Lauren Stone, nice to virtually meet you. I'm an author, a wife, a dog mom, traveler, outdoor lover, and all around happiness seeker.
After being diagnosed with eating disorders and bipolar, I worked my way through recovery and have built a life for myself that is focused on one thing: living full, authentically, loud, and through love.
I'm a bit of a generalist and depending on the season of my life, I'll dive everything I have into my latest passion. Right now, my husband, Jason, and I are currently building out a 2019 Ram Promaster with our goal date to hit the road in March of 2025.
