Gone But Not Gone
Original songs on my main video menu. I post short covers in my Shorts section. Music is just a fun hobby for me, nothing serious, therapeutic. A good way to pass the days. I relate to “outsider music” and think of myself in this genre. Messy, scatter-brain productions, all mostly quick 1-or-2 takes. I like the songwriting process, but I don’t like performing my songs. I do so by necessity and do like to mess around with studio production.
I also have a channel called Aether Pavilion (@AetherPavilion), where I do mostly ambient/experimental music.
I enjoy languishing in the margins of YouTube because it affords relative anonymity and solace, which allows more artistic freedom. I’m not here for the analytics; and certainly not here for monetization or noteriety. I have no illusions as to my station in life. Music is an important part of culture and I’m doing my small part to contribute.
