NEW BOOK: Easy Way To Open Yourself Up To 5.6x More Customers In The Next 90 Days

Over the last couple of months I’ve been working with online experts to open them up to a larger audience without spending any more money on ads

Couple of recent wins:

🎉 Bringing in $126k in sales for a high ticket offer
🎉 Helping one course creator add $100k in course sales
🎉 Turning an “unresponsive audience” into $42k in sales in 30 days

I just released a short book that will show you exactly how we’re doing it so you can do the same

One thing that we've been going really hard on this year?

Email.

I first started diving into email a few years ago.

At the time we were managing $100k+/mo in ad spend every month and needed a way to keep our ROAS up.

Pretty quickly we were able to boost revenue by 25 - 40% for our clients in about 60 days.

And then again earlier this year when we lost all our Facebook ad accounts for 4 months…

Email was the one thing that kept us going.

While we were waiting for our ads to come back up we did $42k in sales for one of our offers with a tiny list that only had a few hundred people on it.

The best thing about email is that it increases the ROI of every other marketing channel you’re investing in.

Ads, social media, SEO… whatever you’re doing.

Email is the easiest way to turn more of those leads into customers so you can add more to your bottom line every month.

So here’s the deal…

I'm jumping on a plane back to Texas to go spend time with my family.

Then on Friday I'm going to relaunch my "Convert Every Lead" system for Black Friday.

I actually spent the last couple of weeks completely re-recording the training.

This 2.0 version is 100% focused on selling courses + high ticket offers through your email list.

You can use these strategies to sell to your own list. Do it for your clients. Whatever.

We’ve been using this system to sell products anywhere from $37 to $10,000.

All with simple, conversational emails that are easy to write and enjoyable to read.

Whether you're selling courses, digital products, or high-ticket offers…

You can use this system to turn your email list into a goldmine.

On Friday everyone on my email list is getting a link to join and a discount code for being on my newsletter.

So if you’re interested I’ll drop a link below.

Give it a tap and let’s make your email list your most profitable asset in your business.

If I had to start all over again tomorrow I would NOT start a business

Instead the first thing I'd do is learn one high value skill that is directly tied to making other businesses money

Find a cool company, get paid to learn for 1 - 2 years, get paid to build a network

Do that and you'll never have a day you can't put money in your own bank account too

That's what producers do

They make money for other people and keep a % of it in the process

What are the most valuable skills right now?

And more importantly how do you decide what skill is right for YOU to learn first?

I made a video all about it here 👉 https://youtu.be/ClmXBY5suWQ

Here’s one simple strategy you can use to create more raving fans:

Every course creator puts in a ton of effort to get someone to buy

And 95% of the time just send a new customer a login after they buy and call it a day

The expectation is the customer will put in the effort to do the work and get the result

But the reality is life gets busy…

People lose motivation…

The best laid plans don’t pan out

And if that happens to your customers you’re missing out on all the referrals you could be getting if someone actually got a great result

That’s why one of the most valuable things you can do is build a short email series for what happens after someone buys

It’s called the post purchase sequence.

After someone buys it is the perfect time to make sure they engage

There are lots of easy email ideas to help keep people engaged

Just think about what happens after someone buys your course or program…

- What do they need to do first?
- How should they use your product?
- Send them case studies and success stories
- Check in & show them where they should be by now
- Send them breakdowns of important concepts in your training
- Give them some binoculars and show them what life will be like once they get the result

A little bit can go a really long way here

Write up a series of emails and spread it out over a few weeks

When you do that it shows you’re actually in it to get them a result

And the next time someone asks them “who should I learn from?” they refer you because you’re not just another course on their digital bookshelf

You actually deliver

That’s one of my favorite easy email sequences to put together

I actually just dropped a video with this and 4 more you can build for your business

Every $40k counts, right?

Last month I helped one of our partners add an extra $40k in sales for their high ticket coaching program

Now here’s the thing about these guys…

They are dialed in

Wicked smart marketing team

Killer closers

They know every metric that matters

But even with everything they are doing they still had some untapped profits in their list

They didn’t know it before we worked together

But sure enough dug in and found an extra $40k for them

And hey every $40k counts, right?

Cool thing is we did this without them having to:

❌ write any copy

❌ spend a penny on ads

❌ have a single sales conversation

❌ stop anything they were doing now to generate revenue

We just came and bolted this on top of what they were already doing

The only thing they DID have to do was spend about 90 minutes on the phone with me

Which if you ask me I don’t think is that bad

I’m a pretty easy to get along with guy

I actually just wrote up a little mini-case study on what we did for them

Thinking about making a video to go along with it that I can share here on the channel

So if you also believe every $40k you put into your bank account counts let me know below

What My Italian Sandwich Shop Can Teach You About Selling More Online Courses

So I’ve got these two sandwich shops right by my house

One is a 2 minute walk away and the other one is a 3 minute walk away

Both have amazing sandwiches. 9/10s

The thing is I go to the same one every time

I think I’ve tried the other one twice

Why?

One shop has super nice service, great music, cool location, you can easily eat it there or get it to-go

The other one has meh service, vibe is hit or miss, it’s more of a sit down place but you can order at the bar and get it to-go if you want to

Even though they are both selling the same product the delivery is totally different

One has a more friendly environment and it’s easier to get it how I want it

And that’s why I always go to the same one every time

I also take all my friends to the same one

(aka all my referrals go here too)

So what’s this got to do with you and your online business?

You definitely aren’t the only person selling whatever you’re selling

But the customer experience you create and how you deliver what you’re selling is half of what they’re buying too

Recently a new high ticket program came out in the same space as one of my partners

They are selling the same outcome

What do they do different?

They give you a guided curriculum with a client success manager that checks in with you every week (through a google doc, super simple) to make sure you’re on track and know what to do next

The biggest testimonial on their website was a guy saying “I was part of another program that was all self-study. What I like about this is there’s active support here to keep me on track”

Similar content inside the course

Different emphasis on how it’s delivered

And with that they positioned themselves against most other programs in the space

I’ve met many a business own whose baby is their program

They poured their life’s work into what they teach

So they get really picky about how they want to present it

But the thing is… customers don’t care

They want it served they way they like it

Some want it written. Some prefer video

Some can do self-study

Others want someone to tell them exactly what to do next week on a google doc

That customer experience matters just as much as the knowledge inside

So pay attention to the feedback you’re getting from customers...

& look at how the products in your space are evolving...

You can dramatically increase the value of your product...

... and the number of referrals you get

... and the number of refunds you don’t get

Just by continuing to improve the experience without adding more content to it

Lots of opportunity to improve the customer experience without adding more to what you're teaching

Photo of me at the sandwich shop for the 100th time as proof

PS - I’ve got 2 super simple strategies that I use to make sure you customer experience is the type that keep people coming back

Drop a comment if you’re interested and if I get enough interest I'll make a video about it

A few months ago I quietly stopped taking on new clients at my ad agency

And it’s because I think the ad agency model for most coaches & course creators is broken

Here’s what’s happening and what it means going forward…

The problem I’ve seen over and over for the last couple of years is that most online expert businesses don’t just need someone to run ads …

The same way they don’t just need a cold email agency …

The same way they don’t just need a video editor to just create short form content for them …

They hire these agencies that promise the world, charge them $3,500/mo, deliver terrible results, and leave them with a really bad taste in their mouth

But the truth is most of those online experts could never get results in the first place

And that’s because they missing something way more fundamental …

What they need is someone who can come in, look at the whole enchilada, and figure out how to strategically allocate time and resources to increase revenue

They don’t just have a traffic problem…

They have a deeper marketing problem

Most experts are so busy being the creator they don’t think in terms of offers, funnels, audience nurturing, copy, promotions…

They think in terms of content creation, taking care of clients, new products, team members

And they need someone with a full stack of monetization skills who can come in and focus on growing their bottom line

So that they can just focus on creating and serving customers

And have someone else handle everything else

Lots of experts have been burned by enough agencies at this point that they are looking for a partner to come in and handle this side of the business for them

Compared to a traditional agency…

The number of clients we work with drops dramatically

Our responsibility and the amount of work we put in increases dramatically

But the revenue we can create for everyone increases dramatically as well

Plus now we're even more aligned because we just take a % of the pie we create

So that's what me and my team are doing going forward and I'm super excited about it

We're already starting to roll out some cool stuff like closing high ticket sales without phone calls

I'm closing deals for partners from my terrace while sipping on coffee and enjoying the view

The future has a lot of great things coming in this space

Excited for what's ahead

Stay tuned

Have you ever seen how they get fruit off of trees at a farm?

They have these big machines that come in and shake it out…

You see all those apples falling down from the top in this GIF?

It’s pretty cool if you ask me

In a perfect world the fruit just falls off the tree when it’s ripe

You’d be able to just walk over and pick it up off the ground

But we don’t live in a perfect world

Reality is there’s lots of stubborn stuff

It gets stuck at the top

Doesn’t want to come down

You need something to come over and help you get it down

Otherwise it’s just going to sit up there until it rots

And then it’s no good to anyone

That’s why they have these big machines

So…

What does fruit shaking trees have to do with you and your business anyways?

Your audience does the same thing when it comes to buying your products and joining your programs

You’re there all day putting in work to grow these profitable audiences

… countless hours creating content

… setting up software

… hiring people to help you manage everything

It’s a ton of work what goes into growing an audience online

And you get so focused on making content or creating things they only have time to walk over and pick up the fruit that’s falling on the ground

Those are the easy sales

But what we need to do every now and then is shake all that stuff that’s stuck at the top

And I’m not talking about doing some crazy big launch with new products and tons of content and the emotional roller coaster that comes with it

I’m talking about something simple

Figure out where your engaged audience is…

Give them a reason they should join the products you already have now over later (hint: there’s always a reason)...

And get in touch with them

Right now we’re running a promotion for one company with some stupid simple emails and a google doc

And we’re knocking $6,800 fruits into their business

No phone calls

Nothing fancy

Sending emails and a google doc with some copy

That’s about as simple as it could possibly be if you ask me

They have already done a lot of the hard work to build up the audience and get them ready to roll

We’re coming in and making them offers to move forward

So… when was the last time that you brought in the machine to shake out that money tree you’ve been building?

Don’t wait too long though

We wouldn’t want any of those apples to go bad on ya

I've spoken to way to many brands over the last couple of weeks that have big email lists that they aren't communicating with on a regular basis

That's crazyyy

There's a lot of money to be dug out of those lists

So how we run our email lists content is coming up next

What do you want to know?

Took me 5 min to go from a basic design to a badass design for my YouTube thumbnail

Just played around a bit in Midjourney

The robot on the right hits different 🔥
