John Cowan's Railfan Channel

This Channel is a collection of railway-related videos , the originals of which were taken by John Cowan. Starting in 2021, the video clips were provided to James F Gilham, (aka Skeena Pacific), who did the technical work of editing, re-editing or re-mastering them and uploaded them to this site on John's behalf. Others have assisted John in the past, for which he is also very grateful. In July, 2024, Mike Lara took on the duties of editing, mastering and posting John's videos to Youtube.
The videos range from 1978, taken from Super 8 film, to the present day. They are from locations throughout the Americas, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Europe, Australia and New Zealand.
