PSSP or Philippine Society of Safety Professionals was founded on 27 January 2007 by 13 Safety Practitioners who laid the framework and founded the society. As a result of camaraderie, commitment and continued support from the members, the society was recognized and accredited by Philippine Embassy in Abu Dhabi under Bayanihan Council an umbrella organization of the embassy accrediting Filipino Organizations in Abu Dhabi and Philippine Consulate in Dubai as one of the organization to serve as ambassador to OFW community to achieve competency level in the field of Health, Safety and Environment (HSE). At present, members of the society is working in different industries in UAE and other parts of the world.
PSSP established a good reputation in the field of HSE by producing a large number of safety practitioners working in costruction, landscaping, aviation, oil and gas, facility management, hospitality, health, logistics, manufacturing F&B and many more.
