Former members of Prince's band, the New Power Generation. After performing as the house band at the official Prince Tribute put on by the Estate, a number of his former bandmates decided to reunite in order to perform Prince's music in his honor. (Prince created the NPG in 1990 and although the members changed at times over the years, the NPG remained his band for more than 20 years.)
