Yttrium
Yttrium is an instrumental funk-rock duo formed in 2020 by bassist daniB and guitarist Vinícius Andrade. They are named after the chemical element yttrium. Their self-produced debut album HANA was released on digital platforms on June 10th, 2022.
Yttrium's sound is heavily based on funk-rock mostly inspired by the Red Hot Chili Peppers who have greatly influenced both Dani and Vini's playing but elements of metal, jazz, electronica, and lo-fi are also incorporated into their music.
