I’m Sandy Bista, Founder of Happimindset

I want to be the voice for the voiceless and inspire, empower and impact millions of people, so they too can feel empowered to share their story and feel seen.

In 2016 , I got diagnosed with fibromyalgia, and this invisible chronic illness changed my life forever. I started Happimindset in the hopes of raising awareness and wanting people to know whatever struggles they might be going through, they are not alone in this.

I believe we can turn our pain into our purpose, and I have always known, I am here on this planet to serve people. I truly think that, hurt people, hurt people, and healed people, heal people and so together we can all be compassionate, help one another and heal together.
