Hi. I'm Eric Putkonen and I'm here to share my direct experience and insights into advaita or nonduality through short videos. I also enjoy speaking about the related topics of enlightenment / awakening, being present, self inquiry, the end of suffering, silence of mind, stillness, effortlessness, love, truth, harmony, unity, and more! I have a down-to-earth and straightforward style.
I became interested in non-duality after awakening in 2005. I have already shared my awakening story through a short video. After the revelation happened (i.e. enlightenment), I read many books by various teachers. My favorite is Sri Ramana Maharshi. Over the years I have shared some of my insights through a podcast and a blog (both now gone), but I started to more regularly post videos on this channel.
